In 1979, Lars Graff left his job as a chief design engineer with a leading manufacturer of blow-molding equipment to start Scandia Plastics. He began with two machines in a rented facility and a lot of determination.

Within two years, Scandia Plastics had outgrown the rented facility and began construction on a new plant at our present location. Twenty-five years later, this facility has been expanded from 20,000 square feet to 125,000 square feet. We now have 35 state of the art machines that give us a wide range of blow-molding capability for consumer packaging and industrial parts.
