Our engineering team can help design your product with function as well as appearance in mind. With more than 30 blow-molding machines, we are capable of molding bottles from 1 ounce to 5 gallons in size as well as complex or highly technical industrial parts. At Scandia Plastics, molds and machine tooling must pass rigorous testing procedures to ensure that we achieve an efficient production process that consistently and repeatedly satisfies our customer’s requirements. Process control procedures are developed for each item that we mold and process parameters are monitored, recorded and analyzed to insure complete product integrity.

We also offer a wide range of in-house secondary operations including surface treating and sub-assembly.
